Before the release of his first single “Thrilla in Manila”, singer-songwriter Greyson Chance previewed his new stylistic voice within his powerful ballad “Temptation”. Released in January 2014, simply as a promo track, the song rose to the likings of fans and critics. Composed at a writing camp in Bali Indonesia, Chance uses the lower tones in his vocal to demonstrate the pain and hurt one can feel from temptation. Infusing jazz and pop melodies, “Temptation” truly sticks out as interesting.
